  1. First of all I want to take the opportunity to wish all BSC people and associated researchers a great 2012. Although things don’t look too good for Science these days, one can always wish that this year sees an improvement in the BSC -and increased participation from the taxonomic community! I for one should apologize for not being more involved with this blog… but will try to change that.
Now, back to the last post. Thank you very much for sharing so many interesting presentations! I have been briefly browsing some of them, and expect to see most of them before the day ends.
We certainly need to share more information like that, and I hope this year more posts like those can be read.
I also took a brief look at previous posts, and realized that sadly there is not much participation -nor feedback. I don’t blame the blog itself but the potential users (starting with me).
Please, KEEP POSTING, keep bringing topics and proposals, keep PESTERING the taxonomic community (and all potential readers of this blog) until -hopefully!- we can all get this ball rolling.
I promise to be back, and soon. Some of the presentations that you are sharing today deserve to be discussed and explored further.
    Thank you very much,
    Jose
